In this advertisement of Emporio Armani Diamonds, a fragrance for women, there is a picture of Beyonce on the cover. They did this to draw in either fans of Beyonce or just because she an attractive and famous actress/singer. In this picture, Beyonce is off to one side of the advertisement in a sparkling dress and the perfume bottle is off to the other side in a sparkling bottle. They did this to balance your eye over both Beyonce and the bottle and not miss the words that are above the bottle. Beyonce is way bigger than the perfume bottle because she is what attracts people to look at the advertisment. They way her body is shaped however leads your eye right to the other side of the page which is the perfume bottle. The advertisement is black and white with pictures of stage lights streaming down on the words that say Emporio Armani Diamonds and the perfume bottle. This also brings attention to the product. This is a good set up for an ad because it brings in your attention because of Beyonce, but it also leads you to the perfume and makes you think about how much you wish you could have it for a split second. I found this ad in Seventeen Magazine which is a perfect place for it due to the amount of teenage girls reading the magazine around the world.
